We have been building PCs, repairing PCs, upgrading PCs, recovering lost data from PCs, getting viruses off PCs and much more to do with PCs in the Macclesfield and Cheshire area since 1985, ever since the Sinclair Spectrum 128, remember them! We have seen many "computer shops", "computer specialists" come and go in that time. Our systems have been running in businesses and homes all over the Macclesfield & Cheshire area for the last 23 years, "Could we be doing something right?" I ask myself. We are based on Sunderland Street in Macclesfield, just 2 mins walk from the train station. You can call in and talk to a "HUMAN" not an answer phone, and ask us anything you like that has something to do with PCs.

At Tim’s Megastore we can repair your desktop computer / laptop.
From our pc repair shop we can resolve all software faults and all hardware faults including: lost password recovery, data recovery, laptop hard drive's, corrupt file repair, pop ups, hacker attacks, virus and spyware removal, slow computers made fast again, blue screen error repair, laptop power supplies, whatever the issue we have a technician to resolve it

Hardware upgrades some do:-)
Upgrades are the more cost effective option against a new computer. If your pc is only a few years old but seems to be struggling a bit with all the new 'hungry' programs, a quick upgrade could be just the answer!
More memory upgrade - To get things moving a bit faster
Bigger hard drive upgrade - For more storage space
Graphics card upgrade - For the latest games etc.
DVD Writer upgrade - For back up, movies & music etc.

Hardware upgrades some don't:-(
Not all systems would greatly benefit from hardware upgrades, especially if they are becoming out of date. Older components get more expensive as demand reduces. We won't advise you to spend money on a pc that's due for retirement if we believe that you have other options available. Feel free to call in to the shop for a bit of advice!

Not everyone likes Microsoft Vista, (sorry microsoft) some people like Win XP and Windows 7, they no how it works, were to find files, how to sort out some of the setup issues, like installing a new printer. Where the "computer has put the pictures of that fantastic holiday?. Just because you are having a new machine, it doe's not mean you have to have "vista". We can build you a machine, designed to your requirements, to suit your needs and you can have Win XP or Windows 7 installed on it. Just ask!
